Water Supply

Each cottage has its own private water tank. Water is sufficient for guests, only the flow pressure in the shower or tap may be low.

TV Channels

TVs have only Free-to-Air channels. No paid channels are available.

Natural Environment

Our farm is surrounded by nearly 300 trees, so you may sometimes notice insects or even a friendly lizard indoors. That's the charm of staying close to nature. While we may not be a luxury 5-star hotel, we always do our best to keep the cottages clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Electricity & Power Backup

Occasional power cuts are part of the local village charm! They are usually very short, though longer ones can happen rarely.

In such cases, only light and fan will work through the inverter, as long as the backup lasts. Each cottage has its own private inverter.

Noise Policy

Loud music, speakers, or shouting are not allowed. We aim to maintain a calm and relaxing space for all guests.

Maintenance & Support

Most things work well, but in rare cases if anything needs fixing, please allow us some time. The main market is 13 km away, so we may need a little time to get help or materials.

Checkout Guidelines

On your checkout date, if you're going for morning temple darshan, Harihar Fort, or sightseeing, please pack your bags, lock the cottage, and hand over the keys to the caretaker before leaving. This helps us prepare for the next guests on time.

Option 1: Breakfast & Snacks

• Tea, coffee, poha, Maggi, upma
• Cold drinks & mineral water bottles (MRP rates)

Option 2: Lunch & Dinner

• Nearby restaurant menu (Veg/Non-Veg) is placed in the house
• You can pick up food or get it delivered (if available)
• Guests can also bring their own food or dine at nearby restaurants (5-15 km range, veg/non-veg/Jain options)
• Available inside your cottage: electric stove (1 qty), fridge, dishes, forks, spoons, salt, basic utensils

Option 3: Self-Cooking / Heating Food Parcels

• We provide an induction stove if you prefer cooking yourself
• Suggested items: Maggi, frozen foods, ready-to-eat meals
• Available in your cottage: electric stove (1 qty), fridge, basic utensils (dishes, cups, spoons, forks, Tawa (1 qty), cooking pan (1 qty), tea/coffee-making vessel (1 qty), salt)
• Anything not mentioned here should be arranged by guest

Check-Out Time

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM

Many guests visit temples or nearby places early morning. Please complete checkout before leaving. If you are delayed, please pack your luggage and hand over keys to staff so they can manage the cottage for arriving guests.

Please plan your return to the farm by 10:45 AM to avoid delay.

Late Check-Out

A grace period is available until 11:30 AM. After 11:30 AM, late charges apply.

• After 11:00 AM: Rs 300 per 30 minutes
• Till 4:00 PM: 40% extra
• Till 7:00 PM: 75% extra
• After 7:00 PM: 100% extra (full-day charge)

Late checkout is subject to availability and management approval. Please inform the team in advance if you expect a delay.

Luggage Handling

To prepare the cottage for arriving guests, it must be vacated by 11:30 AM. If the cottage is not vacated and guests are not present, our staff may move luggage to the staff room with due care.

Note: Bimal Farm / Staff / Management cannot be responsible for any loss or damage. Late charges will still apply.

Refund, Cancellation and Date Change Policy

Direct bookings — this policy applies. OTA bookings — that platform's policy applies.

• Full refund for cancellations 21+ days before check-in
• 50% charges applies of total amount if canceled or date changed before 48 hrs of check-in date, remaining 50% will be refunded
• No refunds, date changes, or credits within 48 hours of check-in
• Once mutually agreed refund will be processed in 7 working days

Liability
