Yes, all our cottages are couple-friendly and designed to provide complete privacy for couples. We have hosted hundreds of couples who have enjoyed their romantic getaway at our farm stay.

a.) 100% refund of deposited amount, within 24 hours of booking date, if there is difference of more than 10 days between booking date and checkin date
b.) 100% refund of paid amount if canceling before 21 days of checkin in date.
c.) 50% refund of total charge if canceled before 7 days of checkin date, else no refund.
Once mutually agreed refund will be processed in 7 working days.

Yes, advance payment is required for confirmed booking. Until then cottages remain open online for others to book.

Each cottage includes a private kitchen with induction stove, fridge, basic utensils, free Wi-Fi, carrom board, badminton, and private gallery. Type A and C cottages also feature bathtubs.

Yes, we have private inverter in each cottage for power backup that supports lights, fans, and charging points. It works as long as there is backup in inverter. However, geysers, fridge. AC, induction stoves or any other heavy appliances may not work during power cuts.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all cottages. However, being in a rural area, the speed might be suitable for basic browsing and messaging but not for heavy streaming.

At Bimal Farm we have 5 cottages.
1 cottage is of A type.
2 cottages are of B type,
and 2 cottages of C type.

Type A - Cottage capacity is of 7 guest. Where 2 guest sleeps on bed in bedroom, and for remaining guest mattresses are provided on floor in living room.
Type B - Cottage capacity is of 4 guest. Where 2 guest sleeps on bed in bedroom, and for remaining guest mattresses are provided on floor beside bed.
Type C - Cottage capacity is of 6 guest. Where 2 guest sleeps on bed in bedroom, and for remaining guest mattresses are provided on floor beside bed.

Each cottage has 1 queen size bed. For remaining extra guest mattresses are provided on floor.
Guest preferring more than 1 bed, can book more cottages, accordingly.

Type A - It has separate bathroom and toilet inside the cottage, accessible from living room. So at a time 1 person can use toilet and 2nd person can use bathroom
Type B - It has attached bathroom and toilet inside the cottage. So at a time only 1 person can use it.
Type C - It has separate bathroom and toilet inside the cottage. So at a time 1 person can use toilet and 2nd person can use bathroom

Care-taker stays at farm, and can cook basic VEG food items for beakfast, lunch and dinner, with villagers style taste, and nominal rates. For NON-VEG, guest can bring NON-VEG along with them, and he can cook with extra charge on per kg basis

Nearby restaurants often deliver veg & non-veg food 🚚, but we can't assure it as they're not managed by us

Beside this, guest can bring outside food also, we don't have any problem with that.

Also, each cottage has Mini kitchen, with electric stove, fridge and other basic utensils like dishes, cups, spoons, forks, Tawa, cooking pan, tea/coffee making vessel. Though very less chance of power cut, but its village area.... please note, if by chance there is power cut then only light-fans will work as long as backup is there in inverter

Please note all food, beverages, mineral water bottles, cold-drinks charges extra. Rates provided are only stay rates.

We are located about 13 km from Trimbakeshwar Temple, which takes approximately 25-30 minutes by car. It's an easy and scenic drive through the countryside.

Yes, the property is easily accessible by car with good road connectivity. We have ample parking space available for our guests.

Popular nearby attractions include Trimbakeshwar Temple, Vaitarna Dam, Harihar Fort, Anjaneri Fort, Brahmagiri Hill, Sula Vineyards, and various waterfalls during monsoon season.

Sorry, we do not allow pets to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests and maintain the peaceful environment of our farm.

For security and privacy reasons, we don't allow outside visitors during your stay. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Driver sleeps in their own car, and can use staff washroom / bathroom.
Please note, food, beverages or any other cost of driver is extra, and should be borne by guest or driver himself.

Yes, Bimal Farm is fully safe & secured.

Yes, you can extend your stay subject to availability. Please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out time to check availability and make arrangements.

Late check-ins are accommodated. Please inform us in advance about your expected arrival time so we can make necessary arrangements for a smooth check-in process.

We keep lost items for 30 days. If you realize you've left something behind, contact us immediately with a description, and we'll arrange for return (shipping charges may apply).
