ingBimal Farm House Rules

In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, Bimal Farm Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and the “Bimal Farm” (hereinafter called ‘Management’) under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-

Bimal Farm management will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by these rules and regulations, whose aim is to ensure peaceful and safe stay for our Guests.

We assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand the Bimal Farm Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Farm House.

1. Payment
Full payment should be cleared before check-in. Payment is accepted in Indian currency/ online payment only. Extra guest charges would be Rs.500 (age above 12yrs) Extra guests will be allowed only at sole discretion of management only.

2. Tariff
The tariff is for room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable. Other services are available at extra cost.

3. Check-in
Check-in time is between 01:00pm to 10:00pm. By law visitors must present personal legal documents for records. These documents will be returned upon departure. Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. Other than check-in guests, outside visitors are not allowed inside the farm.

4. Check Out
Check out time is 11.00am. Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. Upon failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

5. Guest’s Belongings
Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the room or the locker or any other part of the farm for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

6. Pets
Pets are not allowed. Bringing pets will cancel your booking without room allocation and without any refund.

7. Hazardous Goods
Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited at Bimal Farm premises. It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals into the farm.

8. Damage to Property
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property or neighbours property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Cracking fire crackers are not allowed at farm or at nearby places.

9. Management’s Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the farm premise.

Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the farm forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her and from the farm.

10. Government rules and regulations and application of laws

Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

11. Appliance use
All rooms have a geyser, AC, electric stove and refrigerator. This will not work on power failures. Rest all electrical equipment should work well until the power backup is there in the inverter. There will be no rebate / compensation in case of power failure from government side. For AC extra charges need to be paid. TV has free to air channels

12. Parking
Bimal Farm takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking lot. 

13. Room Service
Room service time: 10:00am to 08:00pm

14. Wifi: Free Wireless wifi is provided. As this is complimentary service, speed is not guaranteed.

15. Network: BSNL, VI, and JIO works at some place at the farm sometimes. If there is VoWifi facility in the guest mobile, then after connecting with free wifi, Airtel and Jio should work well.

16. Refund policy:
a.) 100% refund of deposited amount, within 24 hours of booking date, if there is difference of more than 10 days between booking date and checkin date
b.) 100% refund of paid amount if canceling before 21 days of checkin in date.
c.) 50% refund of total charge if canceled before 7 days of checkin date, else no refund.
Once mutually agreed refund will be processed in 7 working days.

17. Changing date policy:
a.) Guest can change accommodation date if informed 10 days in advance of check-in date. Difference amount should be adjusted accordingly.
b.) If informed less than 10 days before the check-in date, we will open the farm for others. If we get booking, we will carry forward the deposited amount, else not. Rs.600/night/cottage charge will be ducted from deposited amount towards date change charges and remaining amount will remain credit with us. Please note there will be no refund in any case.  If we got booking and dates are postponed, then new dates will be provided on subject to availability and the rates prevailing at that time.

18. Guest Conduct
a.) Conduct of guests and persons using services of the farm should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. Management may refuse to render services to a person violating any rules.
b.)  From 09:00pm to 07:00am is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests. Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Management maintains the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.
c.) Smoking/Drinking/Consuming food/party in common area is prohibited.
d.) Guests must have appropriate clothes when they are moving through the public/common spaces of the farm as well as in an open gallery.
e.) The facilities of the farm are for the enjoyment of all guests. To this end, care shall be taken to respect the infrastructure. In particular, furniture shall not be moved and nothing may be fixed to furniture or walls. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.

uests are expected to keep their rooms and the common areas clean and tidy at all times.

o not shout/watch TV/play music in high volume which may disturb someone else staying at farm.
g.) Bullying/abusing or any type of misconduct, with anybody on farm is strictly not allowed. We may cancel the booking without any refund if such thing is found.

19. Other Rules
a.) The guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
b.) Other than booked guest, outside visitors are strictly not allowed at farm. If any outside visitors need to be visited, prior information need to be provided to the management. There will be extra charges for this, and can be permitted only at SOLE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT ONLY.
c.) Management may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the Bimal Farm Rules and Regulations during the last stay by damaging the farm’s or guests’ property or by inflicting damage on other guests, Bimal Farm employees or other persons staying at the farm or in other way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the farm.
d.) There will be no refund of AC charges if there is a power cut from the government side or for any other reason whatsoever. If due to any reason on mutual understanding concession is agreed upon then it will be not more than Rs.250
e.) Personal belongings left by guests in the room upon leaving shall be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense. If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored for maximum of 3 months.
f.) Rooms cannot remain locked for longer than 24 hours or beyond checkout time. After this time, Management reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.
g.) If there is overbooking due to technical or human error or due to any other reason, management reserve the rights to accept and host which booking. Unaccepted booking will be refunded upto the maximum amount of payment received.  Refund will not be more than payment received in any case. Management may help but is not obliged to find suitable accommodation of unaccepted booking.
h.) If due to any reason refund is done then it will not be more than amount paid by guest. Rs.600/night/cottage will be deducted towards cancellation charges. Once mutually agreed refund will be processed in 7 working days.
i.)
If you have any suggestions on service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience. Guest needs to allow reasonable time to resolve it.
